During your weight loss treatment at Norman Primary Care, we may require periodic laboratory testing. These tests help us:

• Ensure your prescribed medication is working effectively
   
• Monitor your overall health and safety
   
• Identify any potential side effects early

Lab testing may include, but is not limited to:

• Blood glucose and A1c levels
   
• Liver and kidney function tests
   
• Lipid panel (cholesterol and triglycerides)
   
• Thyroid function tests
   
• Complete blood count (CBC)
   

Completing these tests is an important part of your treatment plan. Results allow us to safely continue your medication and adjust your plan if needed.

• Refills must be requested at least 48 hours in advance of your next scheduled dose.
   
• Requests made earlier than 48 hours before the due date will not be processed.
   
• A $5 monthly refill fee applies to all GLP-1 medication refills.
