To ensure your safety and track your progress while using GLP-1 medications, the following lab work is required:

• Hemoglobin A1C
   
• Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP)
   
• Complete Blood Count (CBC)
   
• Lipid Panel
   
• Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH)

• Initial labs are required before starting the program.
   
• Follow-up labs are required every 4 months while using GLP-1 medications.
   
• We accept outside lab results once only, as long as:
   
  • They were completed within the past 3 months
     
  • They include all required tests listed above
     

• Refills must be requested at least 48 hours in advance of your next scheduled dose.
   
• Requests made earlier than 48 hours before the due date will not be processed.
   
• A $5 monthly refill fee applies to all GLP-1 medication refills.
